Founder and Lead Trainer
Founder and chief educator, Derek is the visionary behind our mission and boutique company dedicated to delivering exceptional expert training. He is passionate about making the world a happier place and believes increasing global efficiency and productivity through quality training can help us all find more joy.
Derek has been a highly rated tech trainer for 30+ years, was a Microsoft Certified Trainer and was certified by Microsoft as a Master Instructor of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. He has been used by companies and organisations of all sizes and governments around the world to help up-skill their workforces through his engaging custom created Microsoft, Apple, Google or bespoke solution training sessions.
Based out of Melbourne Australia, Derek works the globe and his Luxury Chauffeured Transport and Private Tours business - BlackCars - in New Zealand.
